This project explores how to match an interior space to the needs of flexibility and comfort of a young professional in Milan, Italy. The apartment core is defined by the living room and the kitchen, places of conviviality and relaxation. The studio can either be enclosed to become either a private space for working or a secondary bedroom for guests or conversely open up to expand the living room and to provide new possibilities of dwelling.
